What You'll do:
Maintain the relationship with the external agencies we collaborate with, offering them support in carrying out their daily activities.
Evaluate and provide constant feedback to them, in order to permanently improve their performance.
Maintain contact with the department's external suppliers, dealing with monthly financial aspects (budgets, reconciliations, feedback, etc.).
Perform internal audit activities, checking how the work strategies are reflected in the activity carried out.
You will be involved in improving internal processes by creating their automation or by reviewing them and streamlining working times.
You will be in charge of documenting internal processes and keeping these flows updated.
You will be actively involved in ongoing projects at the team level.
Provide support to the team and internal activity.
What you'll need to succeed:
At least 3 years of experience in coordinating collection or call center activities
Minimum 1 year experience in banking
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
Performance oriented
Positive attitude and open to new experiences
Skills in planning and reporting
Professionalism, team and customer orientation
Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level
