In acest moment Premium Auto, împreună cu rețeaua de distribuitori autorizați care acoperă întreg teritoriul țării, oferă clienților acces la o gamă completă de modele, alături de servicii de întreținere și reparații de înaltă calitate.

Responsabilitati:

  • Implementeaza si optimizeaza strategiile CRM
  • Administreaza, testeaza si monitorizeaza platforma CRM (ex: Mail chimp, FFR etc.) precum si relatia cu furnizorii
  • Analizeaza datele clientilor pentru a identifica tendinte, comportamente si oportunitati de personalizare a comunicarii
  • Creaza rapoarte privind performanta CRM
  • Configureaza, transmite si monitorizeaza campaniilor automatizate de comunicare (email, SMS, notificari push etc.), atat ca suport pentru reteaua de dealeri, cat si comunicari realizate de Importator
  • Identifica si propune solutii pentru optimizarea proceselor de gestionare a datelor precum si relatia cu departamentele implicate
  • Suport pentru automatizarea website-ului cu CRM-ul
  • Participa la evaluarile de impact privind protectia datelor (DPIA) legate de activitatile de marketing (CRM inclusiv) si implementeaza recomandarile transmise de DPO la nivelul sistemelor utilizate (CRM, website si/ sau alte tool-uri de marketing)
  • Monitorizeaza si testeaza functionarea componentelor de consent management, respectiv se asigura de documentarea consimtamintelor colectate si de realizarea de rapoarte.

Cerinte:

  • Experienta in utilizarea unui sistem CRM
  • Cunostinte de baza privind Protectia Datelor (GDPR) si aplicarea principiilor de protectie a datelor in activitatile de marketing
