Premium Auto (parte din Grupul Tiriac) este importator oficial in Romania pentru brandurile Range Rover, Defender și Discovery si pentru piese de schimb Jaguar, făcând parte din Grupul Tiriac.

In acest moment Premium Auto, împreună cu rețeaua de distribuitori autorizați care acoperă întreg teritoriul țării, oferă clienților acces la o gamă completă de modele, alături de servicii de întreținere și reparații de înaltă calitate.

Responsabilitati:

  • Implementeaza si optimizeaza strategiile CRM
  • Administreaza, testeaza si monitorizeaza platforma CRM (ex: Mail chimp, FFR etc.) precum si relatia cu furnizorii
  • Analizeaza datele clientilor pentru a identifica tendinte, comportamente si oportunitati de personalizare a comunicarii
  • Creaza rapoarte privind performanta CRM
  • Configureaza, transmite si monitorizeaza campaniilor automatizate de comunicare (e-mail – eDMs/ Newsletter, SMS, notificari push etc.), atat ca suport pentru reteaua de dealeri, cat si comunicari realizate de Importator
  • Identifica si propune solutii pentru optimizarea proceselor de gestionare a datelor precum si relatia cu departamentele implicate
  • Suport pentru automatizarea website-ului cu CRM-ul
  • Monitorizeaza si testeaza functionarea componentelor de consent management, respectiv se asigura de documentarea consimtamintelor de marketing colectate si de realizarea de rapoarte.

Cerinte:

  • Experienta in utilizarea unui sistem CRM si transmiterea de newsletters/eDMs
  • Experienta relevanta in domeniu marketing: 2 ani
  • Cunostinte de baza privind Protectia Datelor (GDPR) in activitatile de marketing
  • Limbi straine: Engleza – fluent
  • Abilitati de comunicare excelente
