Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong expertise in
Airtable, HubSpot, and Zapier

. This role will focus on building automations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless data integration across platforms. The goal is to reduce manual tasks and free up time for solution-oriented initiatives that drive improvements across all departments as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Airtable Management:

Build, optimize, and maintain Airtable bases, linked tables, dashboards, and reports.
- Workflow Automation:

Design, implement, and maintain Zapier workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve team efficiency.
- CRM Administration:

Manage HubSpot CRM, including data management, pipeline setup, integrations, and reporting.
- Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or workflow enhancements to streamline operations.
- Data Integrity:

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper syncing across Airtable, HubSpot, and other integrated tools.
- Cross-Team Support:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to understand their needs and build tailored solutions.
- Documentation:

Create clear SOPs and guides for new automations, integrations, and system processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with
    Airtable

(base building, relational databases, reporting, and dashboards).
- Hands-on expertise in
Zapier

(creating, managing, and troubleshooting automations).
- Proficiency in
HubSpot CRM

(contact management, workflows, pipelines, integrations).
- Strong understanding of
data management and integration best practices

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different departments.
