Purpose of the Role
Your overall task is to coordinate the proposal work and order execution for Mining Professional Services in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). To ensure our customers' satisfaction, you will be in daily contact with the customers, and our Field Service Engineers just as you liaise with Area Sales Managers and our other Service Units in the regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgments, and invoices.
  • Handle service cases within the organization agencies, embassies, external specialists, etc.
  • Build good relations with customers and colleagues externally as well as internally
  • Have a commercial mindset and be service oriented
  • Have a planning overview, and keep the planning files up to date
  • Keep all information at hand and stored in an organized manner

You have

  • Commercial mindset and a structured work approach
  • As such, you are used to foreseeing and solving potential problems.
  • You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time and often under time pressure.
  • You are known for your ability to deliver on the targets in due time, and you thrive in a multicultural environment with many stakeholders where you can make good use of your communication skills.
  • Moreover, you have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
  • Good English skills is a must. Other languages can be an advantage (German or French), but not a requirement
  • Good skills with Office suite as well as experience working with an ERP (Oracle, Acpac, D365 etc.)
