About the Role
We are looking for a
Commercial Manager
with strong expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and strengthen strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, coordinating the sales team, and exploring new market opportunities within the
construction materials
sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting and monitoring KPIs and objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close commercial contracts with key clients and partners.
- Track commercial performance and prepare regular management reports.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and propose strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with other departments at local and group level to achieve targets.
- Manage budgets and optimize costs related to commercial activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or sales management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in
construction materials, technical products, or B2B environments
is a strong advantage. - Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation capabilities.
- Results-oriented, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Solid knowledge of financial and commercial analysis.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Driving license (B category) and willingness to travel.
