Main Objectives of the Role

  • Develop and implement brand strategies for
    Optiblu, Optiplaza, and O51
    , focusing on increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers, and building loyalty among the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate integrated national and local marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the communication mix (ATL/BTL/Digital) and trade marketing activities to support business and sales objectives.

Key Responsabilities

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of
    360° marketing campaigns
    (TV, digital, radio, OOH, retail activations, social media).
  • Manage
    trade marketing activities
    in owned stores (POS materials, product launches, visibility standards, partnerships).
  • Create creative briefs and collaborate with agencies to develop ATL/BTL materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization measures (regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and budgets).
  • Coordinate
    product launches and commercial activations
    , ensuring visibility and message consistency nationwide.
  • Manage relationships with shopping centers and external partners to maximize brand exposure.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, proposing actions to differentiate and strengthen the brand.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and monitor the monthly execution of the marketing budget (including forecasting and optimization).

Requirements

  • University degree (Marketing, Communication, Economics, or similar).
  • Minimum
    5 years of relevant experience
    in brand and/or trade marketing.
  • Proven experience in coordinating integrated campaigns, with a focus on
    KPI analysis and interpretation
    .
  • Excellent
    project management and cross-functional coordination skills
    , including in digital product development (UX/UI).
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital marketing and retail activations
    .
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
