Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Manager
to be our first dedicated marketing hire. You'll own marketing strategy and execution end-to-end — from refining our positioning and storytelling to driving demand generation across digital channels.

You'll work directly with the founding team to grow awareness, attract users, and convert them into loyal customers. This is a unique opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up and shape the brand presence of a fast-moving AI company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning & Messaging

Define and evolve the company's narrative, target personas, and go-to-market strategy. Craft clear positioning and value propositions that differentiate our AI solutions in a competitive market.

Demand Generation Campaigns

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, content marketing, email, events) to drive awareness and qualified leads. Experiment with channels and tactics to optimize CAC and ROI.

Content Marketing & SEO

Own the content calendar and tell our story across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media. Create or oversee content that educates, engages, and converts. Implement SEO best practices to grow organic reach.

Website & Conversion Optimization

Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and user journeys. Use analytics and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and streamline onboarding.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics across all channels. Analyze data on traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI to inform ongoing improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the founding and product teams to align marketing with product launches. Support sales and customer success (where applicable) with assets like pitch decks and product briefs.

Brand Building & PR

Develop the brand identity and increase thought leadership in the AI and productivity tech space. Maintain a consistent voice and visual style across all channels. Identify opportunities for media coverage and public speaking.

Partnerships & Community (Future Scope)

Explore partnerships with relevant organizations, associations, or platforms to expand reach and credibility. Engage in online communities relevant to our domain.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    3–5+ years in product, growth, or digital marketing (ideally B2B SaaS or AI). Early-stage startup experience preferred.
  • Generalist Mindset:
    Capable of both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Domain Curiosity:
    Interest in AI, productivity, or workflow automation; familiarity with professional services or healthcare is a plus.
  • Content & Communication:
    Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for technical and professional audiences.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, analytics tools, social media, email, and automation platforms.
  • Analytical:
    Data-driven with strong understanding of key growth metrics.
  • Project Management:
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Creative & Adaptive:
    Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to experiment and learn fast.
