În prezent, suntem în căutare de coleg/colegă care să se alăture echipei noastre de leadership, astfel că îți prezentăm astăzi rolul de Business Manager pentru echipa Blue Collar.

ce vei face din acest rol?

  • dezvoltarea și creșterea organizației către poziția de lider în piața serviciilor de consultanță HR;
  • asigurarea implementării și atingerii obiectivelor strategice pe termen scurt și lung;
  • managementul oamenilor: coordonarea și dezvoltarea membrilor echipei;
  • desfășurarea activităților de business development (precum îmbunătățirea servicilor oferite, prospectare, analiza de piață, crearea de noi parteneriate, participarea la evenimente de networking etc.)
  • creșterea competențelor membrilor echipei directe prin acțiuni specifice: feedback specific, conștientizarea și încurajarea dezvoltării punctelor forte, shadowing etc.
  • monitorizarea și evaluarea rezultatelor la nivel de echipă;
  • creştere competenţe în zona livrabile: propunerea şi implementarea strategiilor de eficientizare a activității desfășurate;
  • facilitarea discuțiilor periodice de evaluare a membrilor echipei și identificarea traseelor de creștere a acestora.

ce te-ar face potrivit/ă pentru acest rol?

  • min. 5 ani de experiență în coordonare, preferabil într-un mediu de recrutare profesională, ideal în domeniul specific de activitate, tipic unei agenții de recrutare ;
  • competențe de people, client, project și risk management;
  • abilități de coaching și mentoring;
  • competențe de analiză date, procese și proiecte;
  • lead by example - model pentru membrii echipei;
  • mindset strategic;
  • capacitatea de planificare și organizare eficiente;
  • competențe digitale (Google & Microsoft);
  • limbă engleză: cunoştinţe specifice mediului business.
