We are looking to hire a Business Project Manager to manage the risk assessment tools, in close connection with Societe Generale Group's assessment strategy. 

 

The mission\:

As part of the Compliance department, the risk assessment exercise aims to measure the risks (inherent and residual) and the risk mitigation framework that the Group's various entities and business lines have of not complying with a set of rules.

In this context, the role of the Project manager will be to support the good functioning and the evolution of the tools, in alignment with the Group non-compliance methodology and in coordination with the Paris and Bucharest teams.

 Concretely, you will be required to:

Assist the Product Owner in defining the product roadmap, according to the IT budget\: perform added-value analysis, contribute to the prioritization of developments, monitor the release plan.

Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements (i.e. macro-functionalities and rules) including:

a)      transforming business needs into functionalities, design of associated processes, formalization of business rules & validation from stakeholders (storyboard elaboration)

b)      prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders to efficiently respond to essential requirements.

c)      preparing and following-up of the testing plans (test cases, test sets), identification of anomalies, prioritization, and follow-up of corrections (functionality testing)

d)     checking the user stories described with the IT Team & tracking the status progress of the development, of bug corrections and monitoring the IT deliveries to the different environments.

Assist in the setup & execution of risk assessment campaigns by:

a)      organizing the collection of privative lists needed for the campaign setup (managing the Golden Source), ensuring general checks and cleaning of the files

b)      monitoring and cleaning of environments (UAT, pre-production/training, production)

c)      defining the user experience, including L2 support, bug monitoring and enhancement of backlog.

d)     organizing the campaign closures.

Contribute to the change management by\:

a)     Managing key user testing, including Demo sessions together with business stakeholders

b)     Support for deck preparation for Training, Kick-off and/or Follow-up meetings

Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including business and risk experts, design/user experience, business analysts and engineering.

Work according to an Agile mode (SaFE model) and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
