As a Sales Representative at Premier Pro Management, you will be the front-line ambassador of our company, responsible for converting potential leads into clients. Your primary role will be to establish strong client relationships, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Schedule: 16:00 - 01:00 Mon-Thu / 16:00 - 22:00 Fri
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and establish strong relationships.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on company services to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
