Senior Sales Representative

Timings:9am-5pm EST

Guarantee commission Range: $1000-$1500 Monthly.

Commission Structure – Simple & Flexible

Our client offer two earning options each month — you'll get paid based on whichever earns you more:

Option 1: Performance-Based Commission

• For Product Sales: Earn 100% of the first month's payment + 50% of the next 5 months (as long as the client stays active).
• Example: If you close a $400/month client, you make $400 in month 1, then $200/month for the next 5 months – that's $1,400 total
• For Campaign Sales: Earn 70% of the first payment, including any activation or setup fees.

Option 2: Guaranteed Commission

If you have a slow month, we offer a fallback guaranteed amount — so you're never left empty-handed. This is later adjusted if you start earning more from commissions

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound efforts each day to Real Estate brokerage companies in Canada and USA
• Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions
• Collaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategies
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Must be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client support
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket deals
• Expected to close minimum of 4 to 6 new customer minimum per month

Qualifications:

• Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written English Skills
• You must bring high energy, charisma, and the ability to quickly build rapport and engage effectively with clients
• Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Minimum 2- 4 years of Solid Sales experience within B2B

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 6,600.00RON per month
