Descrierea rolului:

Căutăm un Customer Service Specialist dedicat, atent la detalii și orientat către client, care să se alăture echipei noastre din industria FMCG. Rolul presupune gestionarea comenzilor clienților, comunicarea eficientă cu departamentele interne și oferirea de suport constant pentru o experiență pozitivă a clientului.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Menținerea legăturii cu clienții și verificarea comenzilor transmise
  • Operarea în ERP pentru validarea comenzilor și verificarea stocurilor
  • Actualizarea datelor clienților și introducerea de coduri noi în sistem
  • Comunicarea clară a detaliilor de livrare și colaborarea cu depozitul
  • Monitorizarea livrărilor și informarea clienților
  • Generarea de rapoarte la cerere
  • Înregistrarea și soluționarea reclamațiilor
  • Oferirea de informații despre produse și colaborarea cu departamentele interne

Cerințe:

  • Experiență de minim 4 ani în Customer Service / Call Center / Logistică, ideal în FMCG
  • Experiență în operarea unui ERP (experienta de lucru in SAP, reprezinta avantaj)
  • Cunoștințe despre documente comerciale (factură, aviz, proformă)
  • Abilități analitice, atenție la detalii și gândire logică
  • Comunicare eficientă și orientare către client
  • Studii superioare
  • Cunoștințe medii de limba engleză 
  • Competențe în Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) și Outlook
