Cautam un Support Specialist SFA & WMS pentru a oferi suport tehnic si operational pentru doua solutii software dezvoltate intern: una destinata agentilor de vanzari (SFA) si una dedicata activitatii din depozite (WMS). Rolul implica intelegerea fluxurilor de lucru specifice si asistenta tehnica pentru utilizatori.

Responsabilitati:

  • Oferirea de suport tehnic pentru aplicatiile SFA si WMS;
  • Investigarea si rezolvarea incidentelor tehnice raportate de utilizatori;
  • Monitorizarea functionarii corecte a aplicatiilor si propunerea de imbunatatiri;
  • Colaborarea cu echipele tehnice pentru escaladarea problemelor complexe;
  • Intelegerea si maparea fluxurilor de lucru din depozite si din activitatea de vanzari.

Cerinte:

  • Cunostinte in baze de date SQL / PostgreSQL si interogari simple SQL;
  • Intelegere generala a conceptelor IT (ex. port forwarding, firewall, reguli in router);
  • Experienta sau intelegere buna a fluxurilor operationale in depozite (WMS) si/sau activitatea agentilor de vanzari (SFA);
  • Abilitati bune de comunicare si orientare catre solutii.
  • Capacitate de analiză și rezolvare rapidă a problemelor;
