Descrierea rolului:

Asigurarea suportului tehnic de la distanță (remote) pentru utilizatorii companiei, în vederea menținerii funcționării eficiente a sistemelor IT. Rolul presupune diagnosticarea și rezolvarea incidentelor tehnice, oferirea de asistență pentru aplicații și echipamente IT, precum și colaborarea cu alte echipe tehnice în cazul problemelor complexe.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Preluarea solicitărilor de suport prin telefon, e-mail sau sistem de ticketing (ex: Jira, ServiceNow);
  • Acordarea de suport tehnic de nivel 1 și 2 pentru echipamente, aplicații software interne cat si externe;
  • Asistență remote pentru configurarea, reinstalarea și depanarea sistemelor de operare (Windows, macOS);
  • Gestionarea conturilor utilizatorilor în sisteme precum Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, etc.;
  • Instalarea și actualizarea aplicațiilor de la distanță prin instrumente de management (ex: Intune, SCCM, TeamViewer, AnyDesk);
  • Escaladarea incidentelor care nu pot fi rezolvate local către echipele de suport de nivel superior;
  • Monitorizarea solicitărilor și actualizarea în permanență a tichetelor până la rezolvare;
  • Documentarea procedurilor frecvente de suport și propunerea de soluții de optimizare a proceselor;
  • Participarea la ședințe și traininguri online, în funcție de nevoile echipei.

Profil:

  • Experiență într-un rol similar (minim 1 an reprezintă un avantaj);
  • Cunoștințe bune de operare Windows, Microsoft 365, instrumente de remote support;
  • Abilități de comunicare clară și empatie în interacțiunile cu utilizatorii;
  • Capacitate de prioritizare și lucru autonom în regim remote;
  • Limba engleză nivel fluent (citit/scris/conversație);limba franceza nivel fluent reprezinta un avantaj
