Domain Support Specialist with French

For one of our clients in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Domain Support Specialist.

Requirements;

  • Solid understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements;
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken) aEUR" minimum B2;
  • Good knowledge of IP network operations and troubleshooting;
  • Basic UNIX knowledge;
  • Understanding of IP/MPLS routing protocols;
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification;
  • Scripting skills (Shell, Perl, or others);
  • Experience in a multivendor Managed Services environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide domain-specific technical support and resolve incidents within SLA;
  • Manage and escalate tickets according to internal procedures;
  • Update technical documentation and procedures;
  • Intervene in incident cases post-configuration;
  • Coordinate with field technicians and handle support calls;
  • Support project activities and, when assigned, train new team members.
