Director de Vânzări
pentru o companie specializată în design și producție de materiale publicitare și display-uri, oferind soluții complete de la concept la livrare pentru clienți B2B.

Ce vei face:

  • Dezvolți și implementezi strategia de vânzări, identificând noi oportunități de creștere.
  • Coordonezi și motivezi echipa de vânzări, stabilind obiective și monitorizând performanța.
  • Gestionezi bugetul de vânzări și analizezi periodic rezultatele.
  • Menții și dezvolți relațiile cu clienții existenți și partenerii strategici.
  • Colaborezi cu departamentele de marketing, producție și logistică pentru livrarea optimă a proiectelor.
  • Participi la evenimente și promovare online, pentru a crește vizibilitatea și portofoliul companiei.
  • Monitorizezi și analizezi performanța echipei și a campaniilor de vânzări.
  • Realizezi analize de piață și studii competitive pentru a identifica tendințele.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Diplomă de licență în Marketing, Management, Economie sau domenii conexe.
  • Experiență de minimum 5–7 ani în vânzări, din care cel puțin 3 ani în poziții de conducere.
  • Cunoștințe de marketing și tehnici moderne de vânzare.
  • Orientare către rezultate și abilitatea de a lua decizii rapide.
  • Capacitatea de a motiva echipa și de a dezvolta un mediu de lucru pozitiv Abilitatea de a stabili obiective clare și de a găsi soluții eficiente pentru îndeplinirea acestora.
  • Înțelegerea industriei de publicitate, ambalaje și soluții tipărite constituie un avantaj.
