PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a member of the Commercial Excellence team, contribute in our efforts to improve Commercial Capabilities by enabling fact-based decision-making. This is done through delivering actionable insights from sales-, and CRM data to improve sales force effectiveness.

The role is reporting to Commercial Excellence Director, Diagnostic Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Leverage CRM data to assess sales activity, sales team`s engagement with customer, and the health of sales opportunity pipeline, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support the divisional Commercial Excellence team, local sales leadership, and sales teams.
  • Conduct deep-dives into customer segments, sales rep performance, and customer behavior.
  • In collaboration with team members plan and execute Commercial Excellence Initiatives and tasks as agreed with Commercial Excellence Director
  • Present findings in clear, compelling formats to drive productive discussions and actions.
  • Help maintain data quality and integrity across sales tracking- and CRM systems.
  • Consolidate and publish regular reports related to performance of websites / SEO, Social Media & eCommerce

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, as well as proficient in salesforce CRM platforms and Power BI
  • Experience in working with tools like Google Analytics (Google Search Console, AdWords, Campaign Manager etc.) is also preferred but not essential
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Relevant experience in working with international projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
