Junior Billing & Payments Specialist

Remote | ~40h/month | Flexible schedule

Ce vei face concret:

  • emiți și urmărești lunar între 80 și 100 de facturi în SAGA
  • gestionezi plăți săptămânale prin WISE și RoBank
  • verifici, reconciliezi, ții evidența și autorizezi plăți prin token bancar
  • actualizezi rapoarte lunare (facturi, plăți, restanțe, cashflow)
  • colaborezi cu echipa financiară și partenerul extern de contabilitate

Cu ce sisteme și tooluri vei lucra:

SAGA | WISE | RoBank | Excel (automatizări parțiale deja implementate)

Contextul businessului:

  • un grup mic de entități în România si UK
  • companie digitală, cu echipă mică și ritm autonom
  • lucrezi remote, cu un sistem financiar bine pus la punct

Te vei potrivi dacă:

  • ai studii economice (finalizate sau în curs)
  • ai lucrat cel puțin un job real în contabilitate / facturare
  • te descurci bine cu SAGA și Excel
  • ești atent(ă), organizat(ă) și comunici clar
  • vorbești limba engleză fluent
  • ai o curiozitate naturală pentru sisteme și tehnologie
  • bugetul nostru este la nivelul așteptărilor tale - un tarifar estimat între ei / ora, în funcție de experiență (echivalentul unui salariu tarifar de
    lei /lună

Ce primești în plus, dacă vrei să crești alături de echipă:

  • crash course de advertising, media și tech
  • intro în sistemele interne de raportare
  • training pe spete internaționale ( legislații cross-country)

Ce mai trebuie să știi:

  • Procesul de selecție are 2–3 etape de discuții, unele online, altele față în față.
  • Rolul presupune autonomie, dar și obiective clare de acuratețe.
