We are expanding our Design & Project Management team so we seek to hire enthusiastic professionals in the field of Design & Architecture to support all design streams of our expanding store chain across Europe. They must be highly energetic, with an extreme focus on details and fully dedicated to their work, thus enabling the luxury experience of TEILOR.

As
Junior Architect
you will help coordinate multiple key design information within all design phases, but also be encouraged to express creativity as part of the design team, by seeking new solutions and materials. You'll liaise with team members, MEP designers, Landlord Design Team and multiple vendors to ensure a project is always on track both quality and timewise and delivered according to all project specifications.

About the role:

  • Within the Preliminary Design Phase, you will be responsible for:

-Drafting multiple space plane layouts in AutoCAD 2D

-Help create 3D models in Rhinoceros 3D using our 3D predefined library of objects

-Help generate renderings in Rhino 3D or another render software you excel at.

  • Within the Full Permit Technical Design Phase, you will be responsible for:

-Architecture Technical Project both written parts and drawings

-Creating all brief layouts for MEP and Structure

-Coordinating all specialties and generating the coordinated projected ceiling layout

-Help team-members with, when necessary, within Landlord Approval Communication

-Help generate selective bills of quantities (BOQ) for procurement

  • Within the Detailed Execution Design Phase, you will be responsible for:

-Revise changes according to site survey within the Full Preliminary Technical Design Package

-Coordinate any revisions with all parties involved: MEP designers, Structural designers, Landlord Design Team, Senior Architect team members, as well as all other team members

  • Help Senior Architects coordinate pre-construction tasks with other team members regarding works tendering according to project details and bill of quantitates, material long-lead procurement items and short-lead procurement items.
  • Ability to understand complex execution drawings and red flag discrepancies if such detected
  • Red flag any problems that could have impact on other department activities.
  • Deliver project on time and meeting all quality project requirements.

About you:

  • You have a degree in Architecture and you have at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Other important traits required:

  • Knowledge of building and construction
  • High-level knowledge of MEP design
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You won't rest until you get the work done and have a persistent desire to learn and develop yourself
  • Verbal communication skills
  • You are proactive, energetic and absolutely love your job
  • You like working in team and are always willing to help
  • Availability for travel and work on site, in Romania or abroad, together with the team if sometimes imposed
