Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of the invoicing process and dunning process (checking purchase orders, preparing, checking and sending invoices);
  • Processing various software billing reports;
  • Evidence of the goods (IT hardware) from the invoices received and issued;
  • Maintaining the relationship with the customers (invoice queries, balance confirmation, payment notification;
  • Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed;
  • Filling in statistic reports;
  • Assist with account reconciliations;
  • Other duties assigned by the finance team or by the management, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an accountant or in a similar position;
  • Good understanding of financial processes and practices;
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel;
  • Increased attention to details;
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Good level of English;
  • Reliability and strong work ethics;
  • Accuracy and on-time deliverables;
  • Analytical thinking.
