About the Role

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
to join our construction and development team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors on all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation:
  Draft tender documents, such as Bills of Quantities, and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• On-Site Monitoring:
  Conduct site visits to verify quantities, monitor progress, and ensure costs remain within target budgets.
• Cost Estimating and Budgeting:
  Prepare detailed cost estimates and projected budgets for ongoing and future construction projects.
• Cost Control:
  Monitor and control project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Change Management:
  Track and assess the financial impact of design or construction changes and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Contract Management:
  Support in contract negotiation, manage project payments, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with Stakeholders:
  Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for the project team and management.
• Dispute Resolution:
  Assist in resolving financial or contractual discrepancies that arise during project execution.
• Post-Project Services:
  Contribute to post-completion tasks such as cost reconciliation, tax depreciation schedules, and replacement cost estimations for insurance purposes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 0–2 years of experience (entry-level or junior professionals are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and AutoCAD.
• Valid driver's license (B category).
