Marketing Manager
dinamic si vizionar.

Persoana ideala va avea o intelegere profunda a pietei, o abordare inovatoare si o pasiune pentru dezvoltarea si promovarea produselor care aduc valoare in viata oamenilor.

Cu abilitati excelente de comunicare si o experienta solida in strategii de marketing, acest rol necesita un lider capabil sa coordoneze echipa managerilor de produse si sa transforme ideile creative in campanii de succes.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Planificarea, elaborarea, implementarea, coordonarea si evaluarea activitatii de promovare a produselor;
  • Dezvoltarea planurilor de marketing, incluzand obiective, strategii, tactici si planificarea resurselor;
  • Implementarea planurilor de marketing aprobate, prin coordonarea echipei si colaborarea cu echipa de promovare;
  • Monitorizarea si evaluarea campaniilor de marketing pentru cresterea eficientei;
  • Identificarea oportunitatilor de imbunatatire a portofoliului de produse si a strategiilor de marketing;
  • Coordonarea echipei de Manageri de Produs (motivarea si dezvoltarea membrilor echipei);
  • Colaborarea cu structuri interne, companii, asociatii, institutii si autoritati relevante.

Cerintele rolului:

  • Studii superioare, preferabil medicina, farmacie, marketing, management, economic sau domeniu relevant;
  • Experienta de minim 5 ani in marketing si gestionarea unui portofoliu de produse;
  • Abilitati puternice de coordonare, comunicare si negociere;
  • Gandire strategica, critica si analitica;
  • Flexibilitate si capacitate de prioritizare;
  • Creativitate si inovatie in abordarea problemelor;
  • Cunostinte solide de utilizare Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experienta cu instrumente de marketing digital;
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze – nivel avansat;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B.

Constituie un avantaj:

  • Cunostinte de baza in domeniul medical/farmaceutic;
  • Experienta in marketing cu accent pe managementul produselor, preferabil in industria farmaceutica sau de sanatate.
