Your Mission

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-to-scale-up environments. Someone who doesn't just plan but also executes, experiments, and iterates while encouraging the team to do the same. Your focus will be building brand awareness, shaping market positioning, and driving campaigns that resonate with our audience, while also helping us craft a story that attracts investors and partners. You will have a team of talented professionals to inspire and guide.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead brand awareness campaigns that put Payvent at the forefront of event tech.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets and products.
• Drive investor-facing marketing projects (pitch decks, narratives, positioning, PR).
• Manage digital marketing end-to-end: PPC, SEO, performance marketing, paid social.
• Partner with leadership on strategic brand positioning to differentiate us in competitive industries (event tech, fintech, media).
• Oversee content, storytelling, and communications that build community and trust.
• Stay plugged into industry trends to ensure Payvent's brand feels fresh, relevant, and future-focused.

You'll Fit Right In If You Have

• 5+ years in marketing roles within fast-scaling start-ups.
• A proven track record of building brand awareness and positioning in competitive markets.
• Hands-on experience running PPC, performance, and digital campaigns.
• Exposure to investor marketing (helping companies raise, scale, or reposition).
• Creativity paired with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bonus points if you've worked in events, media, tech, or fintech industries.
