Ce vei face la noi?

Vei fi puntea dintre clienți și echipele noastre interne (strategie, creație, social media, performance). Pe scurt, vei:

  • Coordona și dezvolta conturi de branduri mari, asigurând o comunicare fluentă și de încredere;
  • Traduce obiectivele de business în briefuri clare și direcții creative relevante;
  • Gestiona calendarul campaniilor, bugetele și rapoartele de performanță;
  • Lucra strâns cu echipele de social media, strategie și creație pentru a livra rezultate memorabile;
  • Participa la prezentări, meetinguri, pitch-uri, adică exact locul unde îți pui amprenta strategică și relațională.

Ce căutăm?

Un om care înțelege clienții și colegii. Care știe să jongleze între KPI, insight și storytelling.

Ideal:

  • Minimum 3 ani experiență într-o agenție digitală, într-un rol de Account Manager sau Social Media Manager;
  • Înțelegere solidă a ecosistemului digital:
  • Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), ce funcționează, de ce, și cum se măsoară;
  • Content & storytelling;
  • Campanii cu influenceri;
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și prezentare;
  • Gândire strategică, dar și atenție la detalii;
  • Energie, curiozitate și o doză sănătoasă de umor.
