We're hiring a Digital Marketing Recruiter

At Vocal Edge Solutions, we don't just post ads — we build stories that convert.

Now we're looking for a Recruiter who can do the same with people.

Someone who knows where to find the top media buyers, digital strategists, content creators, and developers — and how to make them want to join a team that moves fast, experiments boldly, and measures everything.

What you'll actually do:

– Own the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing, creative, and tech roles;

– Use LinkedIn, AI tools, and modern sourcing platforms to find top talent;

– Write job ads that actually attract candidates;

– Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and shape the team;

– Build a talent pipeline that scales with our growth.

Some of Roles You'll Be Hiring For: Software Developers & Technical Specialists Media Buyers & Digital Marketing Executives Team Leads & Managers C-Level or niche roles as needed

What we are looking for:

– 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in digital or tech);

– Strong communication and social media sourcing skills;

– English fluency;

– Curiosity, creativity, and energy — not bureaucracy.
