In this role, you will be the
first point of contact
for our Proactive Solutions fleet customers after service activation, ensuring they receive world-class support. You'll work with advanced telematics tools, help fleets run more efficiently, and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Be the trusted partner for customers, handling their requests and issues via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and service-related challenges using remote diagnostic and live support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quick, transparent, and effective solutions.
  • Monitor service performance proactively, escalating issues when necessary to maintain service excellence.
  • Keep accurate records of requests, solutions, and best practices to continuously improve our support processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 3–5 years' experience in customer support or service operations, ideally with exposure to systems, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
  • Strong IT skills, including data analytics and problem-solving with digital tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
