We are currently looking for a professional and friendly
Guest Service Agent
to join our front office team.

What You'll Do
:

  • Handles and processes customer reservation requests, ensuring that all inquiries are managed efficiently and that information is accurately communicated;
  • Provides information about room availability, rates, facilities, and accommodation conditions. Manages individual reservations;
  • Performs additional front desk services such as providing information, delivering messages, and sorting and distributing correspondence;
  • Provides support and resolves any issues that may arise before or during the guests' stay;
  • Provides support to the Front Office team during busy periods or whenever needed, in order to maintain operational standards and ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Works closely with other front desk shifts and with departments such as housekeeping, sales, maintenance, and food & beverage.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in front office/reception or customer service – preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
