Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager-ul are responsabilitatea de a dezvolta si creste portofoliul de clienti pentru solutiile si serviciile companiei in domeniile: instalatii electrice, HVAC, sisteme MEP, automatizari, infrastructura critica, proiecte industriale si comerciale. Rolul combina vanzari consultative, management de relatii, identificare de oportunitati si coordonare cu echipele tehnice.
Responsabilitati:
- Identifica si dezvolta noi oportunitati de business in zona M&E, constructii, industrial, commercial real estate, data centers si infrastructura energetica.
- Analizeaza piata, competitorii si trendurile pentru a propune directii strategice si noi segmente de clienti.
- Creeaza si implementeaza planuri de vanzari pentru atingerea obiectivelor trimestriale si anuale.
- Construieste si mentine relatii solide cu contractorii generali, dezvoltatorii imobiliari, companiile industriale, integratorii si consultantii de proiectare M&E.
- Gestioneaza intreg ciclul de vanzare
- Lucreaza strans cu Project Managers, ingineri si ofertanti pentru a formula solutii tehnice viabile si competitive.
- Realizeaza prezentari tehnico-comerciale pentru clienti.
- Dezvolta relatii pe termen lung cu clientii cheie si urmareste satisfactia acestora.
- Monitorizeaza proiectele semnate pana la finalizare, asigurand comunicarea intre client si echipele interne.
- Identifica oportunitati de cross-selling si upselling.
Cerinte:
- Studii superioare (preferabil tehnice).
- Experienta in vanzari B2B in domeniul M&E, constructii, HVAC, electric, facility management sau infrastructura industriala.
- Experienta in lucrul cu proiecte complexe si cicluri lungi de vanzare.
- Vanzare consultativa si negociere la nivel profesional.
- Gandire analitica, orientare spre rezultate si capacitate de organizare.
- Abilitatea de a lucra autonom dar si in echipe multidisciplinare.
- Permis categoria B si disponibilitate pentru deplasari.
