Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Medical Representative to join our growing team in Romania. This role is important in strengthening our execution in pharmacies and increase medical recommendation for our dermo cosmetic brand. On top, this role will have extended responsibilities over our Medi-Derma professional brand, where the role will be to engage with beauty and cosmetic clinics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality dermatological products, while implementing strong medical and consumer initiatives across pharmacies and clinics.
Key Responsibilities
· Regularly visits, according to a predetermined route: pharmacies, doctors and clinics, in the assigned region to promote and sell products;
· Creates and maintains continuous relationships with partners in the assigned area;
· Responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative financial targets in the allocated area;
· Implements and develop the merchandising pharma standards; Assures the promotional layout in the pharmacies according to recommendation;
· Places customer orders and ensures timely payments and proper use of products;
· Works closely with the marketing department and implements focus marketing campaigns;
· Runs business development campaigns trough participation on congresses, demonstrations, conferences;
· Periodically checks devices purchased by clients in the assigned area;
· Submits daily activity reports;
Requirements
We are looking for someone passionate about the health & beauty industry, with skills and competencies in:
- Results-oriented and team player;
- Proactivity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills;
- Well-developed communication, persuasion, negotiation, and time management skills;
- Inclination/Passion for performing cosmetic treatments;
- Availability to travel 40% of the time;
- Completed university studies (a degree in a medical or cosmetic field is a plus);
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (experience in the aesthetic industry is an advantage);
- Knowledge of English.
