We are looking for an Application Portfolio Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of the enterprise application repository0. Inside the architecture team, This role ensures alignment between the application portfolio and the CMDB, supports architecture decision-making processes, and facilitates architecture governance and processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT, business, regulatory teams and architecture stakeholders to ensure data quality, transparency, and strategic alignment across the IT landscape.

Key duties and responsibilities [

• Own and maintain the enterprise application repository, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Synchronize application portfolio data with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure consistency and traceability across IT assets.
• Define and enforce standards for application lifecycle status, ownership, technical and business fit, and integration mapping.
• Facilitate and document Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to support transparent and traceable decision-making.
• Organize and lead architecture governance ceremonies, including architecture committee and study backlog managament.
• Collaborate with application owners, domain architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance compliance.
• Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support IT strategy, transformation, and rationalization initiatives.
• Continuously improve repository usability and governance processes through automation, integrations, and stakeholder feedback.

Required experience & competencies

• Experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT governance.
• Familiarity with CMDB practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and architecture governance practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality and process optimization.
• Experience with application portfolio management platforms such as LeanIX is a strong plus.
• Experience on Finance & insurance sector is a plus.

Required Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
