Cerinte:
- Studii superioare finalizate in Drept;
- Experienta relevanta (minimum 4 ani) in domeniul juridic, preferabil in drept comercial, civil si leasing operational;
- Cunostinte solide de legislatie si procedura judiciara;
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare, negociere si redactare.

Responsabilitati :
- Redactarea și gestionarea documentelor procedurale: actiuni, cereri, contestatii, apeluri, recursuri, notificari și adrese oficiale;
- Reprezentarea companiei in fata instantelor judecatoresti;
- Monitorizarea și raportarea stadiului dosarelor catre top management, propunand soluții adecvate;
- Negocierea contractelor si tranzactiilor in faza litigioasa, identificarea solutiilor optime de plata pentru clienti;
- Oferirea de consultanta juridica pentru procesele decizionale si elaborarea de politici/proceduri interne conforme cu legislatia;
- Asigurarea conformitatii cu reglementarile privind protectia datelor și gestionarea riscurilor associate;
- Colaborarea cu autoritatile, politia si institutiile de ancheta pentru solutionarea incidentelor;
