About the role: 

We are looking for a person to strengthen our legal team in , who graduated from law or economics school and has experience in risk management and compliance activities, including understanding legal frameworks, and review of commercial contracts or internal controls.   

Responsibilities: 

• Part of the Business support functions team, facilitating internal projects related to the holocracy culture and other strategic projects 
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, software licenses, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and other privacy frameworks
• Serves as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relation within the group
• Ensures compliance with different commercial laws and advises on commercial matters within the group of companies
• Ensures that tasks related to the organization's legal affairs are completed in an efficient and economical manner in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization's goals

What are we looking for:

• Enthusiastic about being up to date with the latest legal requirements 
• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the IT, technology, or telecommunications industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and IT law, including software licensing, data protection, and intellectual property
• Experience with Microsoft Office package 
• Being a team player 
• Highly responsible and motivated to work within a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of commercial laws, IP laws, and employment. Information Technology Law is an advantage
