What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate software-related agreements with technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare and review client, supplier, procurement, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal procedures.
• Support legal aspects of tenders, RFPs, and NDA negotiations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal business teams, providing clear and practical legal guidance.
• Maintain strong working relationships within the group and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Delivery, and Sales.
• Ensure legal tasks and processes are completed efficiently and help drive the organization's business goals.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and support labor-related matters across multiple locations, including Romania, Bulgaria, USA, Mexic, Germany, Ukraine, Poland, and India.
• Work closely with HR to ensure consistent and compliant employment practices across the entire group.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and procedures, including compliance, information security, and governance.
• Advise internal teams on intellectual property rights, software licensing, and IP protection strategies.
• Ensure proper management of IP assets in client and partner collaborations.
• Identify legal risks in both commercial and operational activities and propose effective mitigation strategies.

What you need to be successful

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally gained in an IT or technology-driven company.
• Solid knowledge of commercial law, IP law, labor law, corporate law
• Experience advising or working in the software or IT services industry, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business needs.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities.
