LEGAL ADVISOR

Job Purpose:

Providing internal legal advice and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation by drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal relationships, and supporting the company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

·      Provide internal legal advice on civil law matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, collaboration agreements, and other legal documents;

·      Manage legal relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring that all contracts and agreements comply with applicable legislation;

·      Assist in negotiating contractual terms and conditions with clients and suppliers;

·      Monitor and ensure compliance with current legal regulations, as well as advise the team on ongoing legal issues;

·      Support the management team in strategic decision-making by offering valuable legal perspectives;

·      Participate in dispute management, including preparing necessary documents and collaborating with external lawyers when required;

·      Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure alignment with legal standards and requirements;

·      Monitor legislative changes and advise the management team on their impact on the company's activities.

Requirements:

·      Law degree from an accredited university;

·      1–5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on civil law;

·      Strong knowledge of civil legislation, including experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;

·      Experience in managing legal relationships with clients and suppliers is an advantage;

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and preferably in English;

·      Strong legal analysis and critical thinking skills;

·      Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

·      Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a dynamic environment.
