We're looking for a
hands-on EHS Advisor / HSE Coordinator
to take charge of safety and compliance on a major data centre project in
Skien, Norway
. You'll be the driving force behind a strong safety culture, making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.

Your Day-to-Day

• Implement and maintain high HSE standards across all site activities.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits — and act fast on what you find.
• Support project teams and subcontractors with clear, practical HSE guidance.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring real lessons are learned.
• Keep EHS documentation sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions that engage and inform.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

• Solid experience as an
  HSE Coordinator or Advisor
  in construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of
  health, safety, and environmental regulations
  (local and international).
• Confident communicator with strong English skills — both spoken and written.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure.
• Team player who knows how to influence, not just enforce.
