Account Manager
care sa devina punctul de legatura intre companie si clientii acesteia.

In aceasta pozitie vei contribui la asigurarea unei experiente complete pentru client, de la semnarea contractului pana la livrare, avand grija ca parteneriatul sa functioneze fara sincope.

Vei fi persoana care gaseste solutii, anticipeaza provocarile si mentine colaborarea pe termen lung, actionand ca un adevarat consultant de business
pentru partenerii AVI-VEST.

Ce vei face


• Gestionezi portofoliul de clienti existenti si te asiguri ca relatia este mentinuta si dezvoltata.


• Urmaresti modificarile de contract (preturi, termene, cantitati) si le comunici clar in organizatie.


• Monitorizezi piata si concurenta, oferind periodic analize si propuneri catre management.


• Colaborezi strans cu echipele interne (productie, logistica, financiar, aprovizionare) pentru a oferi clientilor o experienta fluenta si eficienta.


• Te asiguri ca incasarile sunt realizate conform termenelor contractuale si gestionezi situatiile exceptionale intr-un mod proactiv, orientat spre solutii.


• Participi la licitatiile organizate de clienti si contribui la promovarea brandului AVI-VEST.


• Elaborezi rapoarte periodice privind performanta conturilor gestionate si propui masuri de optimizare.

Profilul candidatului ideal



Studii superioare economice, comerciale sau tehnice.


• Experienta anterioara in relatia cu clienti B2B (ideal FMCG / retail modern).


• Abilitati comerciale si financiare (negociere, intelegerea costurilor si P&L).


• Gandire proactiva, orientata spre solutii si inovatie.


• Excelenta operationala, capacitate de prioritizare si atentie la detalii.


• Cunostinte de limba engleza; limba maghiara – avantaj.


• Experienta in utilizarea CRM / ERP constituie un plus.


• Permis de conducere si disponibilitate pentru deplasari ocazionale.
