Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager
to join the team at National Golf & Country Club — the most luxurious golf and lifestyle destination in Eastern Europe.
This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales across multiple business areas, and supporting the commercial growth of NGCC. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationships
- Developing strategies to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Leading negotiation efforts, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance through KPIs and other metrics.
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior sales and marketing manager.
Account Management
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of service.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring proposals and offers to meet their objectives.
- Following up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaigns, and offerings.
- Supporting the execution of promotional activities, newsletters, and events that directly impact sales.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
Events & On-Site Support
- Assisting with the promotion and coordination of golf tournaments, corporate events, and community initiatives.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and a high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or events.
- Strong communication skills (Romanian & English), both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and reporting tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
