We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented
Data Asset Management Specialist
to join our
CRAFT Team
. In this role, you will take ownership of organizing, uploading, and maintaining digital assets while also ensuring flawless quality checks of our campaigns for a key client in the beauty sector. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and structure assets within our digital ecosystem (DAM platforms), guaranteeing proper tagging, organization, and compliance. At the same time, you will support our digital production workflow by conducting QA reviews on multi-market assets and localizations before they are delivered to the client or deployed to media channels.

What you'll do:

  • Manage digital assets by uploading, tagging, and structuring them in DAM systems, acting as a "digital librarian" to ensure integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Validate metadata, taxonomy tagging, and asset naming conventions for consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure assets meet brand, copyright, and format guidelines before publishing or distribution.
  • Perform quality checks on master materials (images, videos, PDPs, display banners, social assets, etc.) prior to client delivery or media deployment.
  • Collaborate with Digital Project Managers, creatives, and developers to align on aesthetic quality and technical accuracy.
  • Monitor project schedules and deadlines to deliver work on time.
  • Document, track, and verify bugs and fixes in assigned projects.
  • Assist in defining new tools and processes for digital asset organization and quality assessment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and strategies in DAM and QA.
  • Test deliverables on available platforms.
  • Update and check product information within e-commerce platforms (descriptions, images, benefits, specs, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply basic SEO practices when uploading or editing products to optimize search visibility across e-commerce environments.

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM tools such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with metadata management, taxonomy, and asset compliance.
  • Familiarity with QA processes, standards, and tools for digital assets and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a positive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Jira, Trello).
  • Basic SEO knowledge and experience managing product content in e-commerce platforms.

What is considered a plus:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in testing responsive designs across devices and browsers.
  • Exposure to localization workflows and cultural adaptation of assets.
  • Test deliverables on platforms (e.g., Email on Acid, Browserstack, DV360 or Litmus) to optimize performance.
