ROREACH is a Bucharest-based education and recruitment consultancy helping non-EU students and job seekers achieve success in Romania. We provide tailored support for university admissions, relocation, and career opportunities.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Bucharest. This role is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and contacting potential student and job seeker clients.
  • Assist in managing communication with leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct market research on target regions (Middle East, Africa, Asia) and provide insights.
  • Help create and publish marketing content (posts, flyers, presentations) for online campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with client interactions.
  • Support events, webinars, and info sessions aimed at promoting ROREACH services.
  • Contribute creative ideas for lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian.
  • Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
