Cerințe:

  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu (scris și vorbit) obligatoriu.

  • Cunoașterea limbii germane la nivel mediu constituie avantaj.

  • Experiență de minimum 2 ani într-un rol similar (coordonare proiecte, construcții, asistență executivă etc.).

  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, vocabular elevat și gândire analitică.

  • Competențe avansate în utilizarea pachetului MS Office.

  • Foarte bune abilități de organizare, prioritizare și planificare.

  • Capacitatea de a relaționa eficient cu managementul și cu furnizorii.

  • Agilitate, adaptabilitate și orientare către soluții în situații dinamice.

  • Proactivitate, inițiativă și o personalitate orientată spre colaborare și rezultate.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Coordonează și monitorizează proiectele de construcții din cadrul punctelor de lucru ale companiei.

  • Supraveghează executarea lucrărilor pe tot parcursul derulării proiectelor, asigurând respectarea termenelor și standardelor de calitate.

  • Se asigură că toată documentația aferentă proiectelor este completă, actualizată și corect arhivată.

  • Pregătește și transmite rapoarte periodice privind evoluția proiectelor de construcții.

  • Solicită și centralizează ofertele furnizorilor, realizând analize comparative pentru selectarea celor mai potrivite soluții.

  • Asigură suport și backup pentru poziția de Executive Assistant to CEO, atunci când este necesar.
