To support our growth in Romania, we're looking for a
Junior
Account Manager
– someone who's confident building strong relationships from scratch but also takes pride in keeping long-term clients happy and supported.

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of corporate clients – both new and existing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, building trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively to understand client needs and offer smart solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from your team and international teams on cross-border accounts.
  • Oversee the order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Complete vendor certifications when required (we'll support you with this).
  • Track client behaviour, organize account data, and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Work alongside Client Support and other teams to make the client experience smooth and efficient.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management or customer support/success.
  • A track record of strong, consistent results.
  • Ideally, experience in solution selling or hardware/software environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Secondary or higher education.
  • Strong command of English (B2+) and Romanian (C1+).
  • Comfortable with IT and eager to keep learning.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solver with resilience and curiosity.

You'll work closely with the Country Manager in Romania and collaborate with teammates of two Key Account Managers and a Client Support Specialist. This is a hybrid role
with our office based in Bucharest.
