is looking for a
Junior Key Account Manager
for our client, a global leader specialized in the production and marketing of small household appliances.

Responsibilities:


• Yearly negotiations regarding Bonus Plan and Commercial conditions;


• Negotiate about monthly orders, spot deals and volume agreements;


• Implement new listings with special focus on key categories;


• Agree with KAs on the long-term about Promo planning in catalogues;


• Agree and implement Trade MKT projects with the KAs – Demos, Staff incentives, Displays, POS;


• Analyze the monthly sell in and sell out stat for the KA and propose Action Plans;


• Report the monthly and yearly results according to the defined rules and procedures of the Group.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree;


• Minimum sales experience;


• Good level of English language;


• Familiar with using Excel;


• Strong communication skills for good relationship with customers;


• Self motivated and problem-solving attitude;


• Negotiation ability;


• Willing to learn.
