We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings. This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Performance Management
- Monitor pipeline and performance against plan
- Analyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Serve as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needs
PL Management
- Set and track revenue and margin targets
- Provide insights to optimize profitability across offerings
Sales Collaboration Enablement
- Partner closely with sales teams to gather feedback on offering gaps and obstacles
- Work with sales enablement to design and launch programs that drive product adoption and sales effectiveness
- Support sales business cadences and initiatives
Portfolio Optimization
- Focus on specific offerings and geographies to ensure tailored strategies
- Participate in lifecycle management by identifying underperforming offers and recommending rationalization
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologies
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activities
- Ability to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
