Description and Requirements

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings . This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Offering Performance Management

Monitor pipeline and performance against plan

Analyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendations

Serve as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needs

P&L Management

Set and track revenue and margin targets

Provide insights to optimize profitability across offerings

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

Partner closely with sales teams to gather feedback on offering gaps and obstacles

Work with sales enablement to design and launch programs that drive product adoption and sales effectiveness

Support sales business cad ences and initiatives

Portfolio Optimization

Focus on specific offerings and geographies to ensure tailored strategies

Participate in lifecycle management by identifying underperforming offers and recommending rationalization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologies

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Experience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activities

Ability to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environment

Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
