We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 
Learning Experience Designer
 to join our team in delivering impactful and engaging learning solutions. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will collaborate closely with a team of instructional designers, working directly with the customer. You should have experience with the end-to-end process of building VILTs, ILTs and OLTs (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, VYOND) and design and develop for all three modalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create engaging and effective digital and e-Learning courses.
  • Build VILTs, ILTs and OLTs (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, VYOND) and be able to design and develop for all three modalities.
  • Take the course from the point of defining objectives though outline, putting together the content based on SME discussions and materials you can find on the customer's intranet, all the way to doing the entire development.
  • Perform comprehensive needs analysis to assess a customer's learning situation, expectations, resources, constraints, learning needs, learning gaps, and tasks in relation to the organization's mission and goals.
  • Document progress/status of assigned tasks for review by others.
  • Report regularly to Project Manager and inform other team members of the assignments and progress.
  • Remain current with technology tools and trends in digital learning.

Must have

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and developing VILTs, ILTs, and OLTs
  • Solid understanding of digital learning instructional methods and design strategies
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Background in large-scale enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Expected working hours: availability required between 
    15:00 – 23:00 (Bucharest time)
    , aligned with project needs.
