We are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager
with strong coordination skills and solid experience in direct sales. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and maximizing the commercial potential of their assigned territory, actively contributing to the overall business objectives and strategic development of the region.

Our group brings together three dynamic brands:

  1. Virtuoso
    ) – A fast-growing brand focused on modern aluminum solutions for gates, fences, garden structures, and outdoor furniture.
  2. Stift Lux Design
    ) – A well-established brand (founded in 1997), specialized in wrought iron and stainless-steel elements.
  3. WPC Bro
    ) – Specializing in Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) materials, positioned as a reliable partner for durable outdoor projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously developing and strengthening the customer network (workshops, installation companies, regional distributors, etc.).
  • Identify new long-term sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor regional performance through sales KPIs, profitability, and market coverage.
  • Actively promote the company's product portfolio and solutions.
  • Prepare tailored offers and identify optimal solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers.
  • Achieve sales objectives within the assigned region.
  • Constantly analyze competition and adapt commercial strategies to local specifics.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (minimum 3–5 years) in sales, ideally in areas such as building materials, outdoor design, installations, or outdoor furniture.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer and results orientation.
  • Availability for travel to partners and proactive market prospecting.
  • Valid driver's license (category B).
