The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
What you'll do:
Lead a team:
motivate and guide a team of medical sales reps to hit targets.
Sales strategy:
develop and implement plans to grow market share.
Promotions:
plan and execute activities to boost product visibility.
Build relationships:
engage with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
Monitor performance:
track sales, analyze trends, and provide insights.
Report & Comply:
prepare reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
