We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to oversee sales operations in the Southeastern region of Romania. This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring a consistent approach to client acquisition and account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a regional sales team to achieve consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular field visits to observe client interactions and support team members in achieving better outcomes.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company in meetings with key accounts, supporting business development and negotiation efforts.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and presentations to senior management regarding regional performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to make sound business decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
