From 4 locations and with a team of 120 people, we provide a complete ecosystem of products and services: new and used machinery, attachments, spare parts, rentals, service, and financing solutions.

Our goal is to keep building the future of construction, agriculture, infrastructure, and recycling in Romania.

Role: Sales Representative (Full-time, On-site)

We are looking for a
Sales Representative
who will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.

You'll work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and stay up to date with market and product trends.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

  • Technical background (ideally an engineering degree, age 25–45)
  • Minimum 3 years of
    B2B sales experience
    with large clients
  • Proven track record in
    high-value sales
    (min €500k+ per year)
  • Hunter & business developer mindset: winning new clients and building long-term partnerships

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in construction equipment, trucks, forklifts, or industrial equipment
  • Stable career history (no frequent job changes)

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of construction or agricultural machinery
  • Excellent communication skills (Romanian & English)
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
